What the form collects

The form collects your name and reply details, selected lift, truck information, financing interest and message. It also records a submission reference, time and acknowledgement of this notice. It does not request credit information, payment details or identity documents.

How we use your information

We use your details to review your truck and equipment inquiry, reply to you and prepare the installation discussion. Submissions are saved in our website database and a notification is sent to our inquiry inbox through Resend. Email acceptance does not guarantee immediate delivery or a response time. Submitting the form does not place an order, schedule installation or apply for financing.

Storage and access

The website uses the Sites hosting platform and its Cloudflare-based database. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized site administration. Our email provider processes the inquiry notification. We do not automatically forward your inquiry to Detroit Wrecker or a financing provider.

Spam prevention

When customer inquiries are enabled, short-lived, keyed hashes of network and contact identifiers limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire and are removed after their short retention window. Raw form contents are not written to application error logs.

Contact and record requests

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond and manage the related sales or installation discussion. To ask about a correction or removal, contact us and include your inquiry reference. Email sanjacintowreckers@gmail.com.
